Feromax(Iron Dextran Injection)

Composition:-

Each ml contains:

Iron (as Iron Dextran Complex) B.P. …….. 250 mg.
Equivalent to Elemental Iron …….. 50 mg.
Water for Injection B.P. …….. q.s.

Indications:-

Feromax is indicated for the prevention and treatment of iron deficiency anemia in calves and other animals. It helps restore iron levels, supports healthy red blood cell formation, improves growth, vitality, and overall performance.

Dosage & Administration:-

Administer intramuscularly (in the muscles of the hind legs) or subcutaneously.

Cattle and Horses : 12 ml per 250 kg body weight.
Calves and Foals : 4 – 8 ml during the first week.
Sheep, Goats and Dogs : 3 ml.
Route of Administration : Intramuscular or Subcutaneous.

Storage & Withdrawal Period:-

Storage : Store in a cool, dark and dry place. Protect from direct light.
Withdrawal Period : None.
Route : For I.M. use only.
