Oxytraz 50% (Oxytetracycline 500 mg/gm)

 Composition:-

Each gm powder contains :

  • Oxytetracycline Hydrochloride BP……500mg.
  • Exicipients……….Q.S.
 Indications:-

It is used in cases of bacterial infection caused by streptococci, clostridia, brucella spp., Haemophilus, Corynebacteria, E.Coli and large mycoplasma.

 Dosage & Administration:-
  • Poultry :
    Prevention : Half the treatment dose or 250 gm/ton feed for 5-7 days.
    Treatment : 50 gm/200 liters of drinking water for 5-7 days.
  • Large Animals :
    Prevention : Half of the treatment dose.
    Treatment : 50 gm/200 Liters of drinking water 3-5 days.
 Withdrawal Times:-
  • Beef : 7 day.
  • Poultry Meat : 2 day.
  • Egg : 4 day.

PACKING : 100 gm ,500 gm.
